It is approximately 75 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport,
and about 20 minutes from the Otaru Ferry Terminal.
You may reach us via a variety of transportation options,
including plane, ferry, and JR.

For guests arriving by car
For travel within Hokkaido, arriving by car is convenient.
Complimentary parking is available.
For guests arriving by car in winter
During winter, there may be snow accumulation and icy road conditions.
If you are driving, please use studded tires.
Additionally, depending on weather and road conditions, travel may take longer than usual,
so please allow extra time for your journey.

For guests arriving from outside Hokkaido,
New Chitose Airport is the most convenient option.
New Chitose Airport is connected not only to major cities throughout Japan,
but also to key cities across Asia,
allowing you to travel comfortably from within Japan and abroad.
From New Chitose Airport to Kuragroup,
we recommend a rental car or the JR Rapid Airport train.
It is approximately 75 minutes by car, and by JR it takes about 65 minutes
to Otaru-Chikko Station, the nearest station to our property.
From Otaru-Chikko Station, please use our complimentary shuttle service (advance reservation required),
or take a taxi.
by ferry
For guests traveling by ferry
For guests arriving in Hokkaido with a car,
the Otaru Ferry Terminal is a convenient option.
After disembarking, it is approximately 20 minutes by car to Kuragroup.
Currently, Shin Nihonkai Ferry operates services to Otaru Port,
connecting Honshu and Hokkaido.

About the complimentary shuttle service
We offer a complimentary shuttle service from JR Otaru-Chikko Station.
Advance reservation is required.
After booking your stay, please make a reservation by phone or email.
We will pick you up according to your arrival time.
*If you would like shuttle service, we recommend booking as early as possible.
